The lone game in the PRO14 this week comes from Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth where the struggling Southern Kings take on the Cheetahs in a South African derby on Saturday.
Both these sides come into the game on the back of defeats last time out in what has been a difficult few months due to a lack of fixtures.
It will be a special occasion for Southern Kings full-back Masixole Banda, who is set to make his 50th appearance for the team this week.
He is joined in the back three by Erich Cronje and Yaw Penxe while John-Thomas Jackson and Sibusiso Sithole are the midfield pairing.
In the absence of centre Howard Mnisi, scrum-half Stefan Ungerer will lead the Kings and is joined in the half-backs by Bader Pretorius.
Meanwhile, the Cheetahs have named Joseph Dweba at hooker as he takes over from Wilmar Arnoldi, who moves to the replacements.
Gerhard Olivier is number eight while Tian Schoeman returns to 10. The wings are lethal duo Anthony Volmink and Clayton Blommetjies.
The two sides have had six previous PRO14 encounters, with the Cheetahs victorious on each occasion and will fancy their chances again.
