Madosh Tambwe swaps Lions for Sharks

The Sharks have announced the signing of talented young wing Madosh Tambwe from the Lions ahead of the 2020 Super Rugby season.

Tambwe has enjoyed a positive couple of campaigns at the Johannesburg outfit and recently helped the Golden Lions to the Currie Cup final.

They were defeated by the Free State Cheetahs in the showpiece event but the 22-year-old ended the competition as the joint top try-scorer with seven in eight games.

We would like to introduce Madosh Tambwe who will be joining the @CellC Sharks family from the start of pre-season.

Meanwhile, the Durban-based side have also confirmed the addition of Tambwe’s Lions team-mate James Venter.

The flanker made his Super Rugby debut earlier this year and has also been a key part of their Currie Cup team.
